CAM 100 series instruments are accurate, simple, and easy to use. They are PC

controlled and runs under the Windows 95/98/2000 compatible KSV 100

software. The Windows environment with familiar mouse functions ensures

ease of use allowing nearly anyone quickly to learn its operation. The KSV CAM

100 software offers for an effective means to organize, manipulate and display

the measured data. A live picture on PC monitor showing the droplet on a solid

surface and a separate measuring parameter sub window confirms the contact

angle measurement.

Calculation method: Curve fitting based on Young &Laplace equation, completely

                                   automatic calculation. Calculates separate contact angle for either

                                   side and then the mean value. For reduced calculation time circular

                                   and polynomial fits are also available for contact angle calculations
